The first part of the AcuScen treatment process is to attend to the pain. Whether it is surgery pain, pain in the leg, lower pain or whether the pain is on the left side or right side of the body, AcuScen will assist with your pain management. AcuScen will not only assist in eliminating pain but also the causes of pain by alerting our brain to the part of our body that needs attention. Getting the healing energy flowing to where it is needed is the second step of the process; the rest is now up to the body. Of course it is important that one maintains a healthy diet and does everything they can to fortify their immune system as this is what the AcuScen is calling upon.

Simple to use its only mode of operation is the 'Auto Mode'.

Auto Mode

The AcuScen Auto has a single mode for natural pain relief management and is also useful for acute problems. It is used on a clearly defined area of discomfort or applied to an acupoint. Start with the most painful point and keep the device stationary until the audio beep/display indicates that the Dose is reached. Then the device may be moved to an adjacent area and the process repeated until all the problem area is covered. Energy and Modulation settings can be adjusted.

The mechanism of bio-feedback plays the main role to individualize therapeutic process while you apply AUTO mode. AcuScen generates pulses, sends them to the skin and also recognizes changes of the skin under electrodes and adjusts some characteristic of the pulses. When the skin's resistance has reached the optimal level, it is displayed on the screen and a sound signal is produced. This means that the minimum effective dose has been achieved for that particular skin area and treatment can now be moved to another location.

The device administers a constant dose of energetic output according to pre-established, fixed parameters. Auto Mode is ideal for those quick-fix situations that call for a dosage of electronic first-aid.  As soon as the electrode touches the skin, the unit starts to deliver a measured dose of energy which can be observed on a progress bar in the LCD display.  A ringing sound indicates when the dose is completed.

There are several methods for application of the device which are based on Traditional Chinese Medicine rules and are described in the accompanied Manual.

In Auto mode the Energy and Modulation settings can be adjusted.
