WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER ON ACUSCEN DEVICES

Limited 24 month Warranty:
Malouf Industries will be responsible for the replacement of the offered Product(s) without cost to the customer in the event of malfunction during the warranty period unless the customer is responsible for any damages resulting from improper use, abuse, droppage, leaking batteries, loss, theft, fire, water or other similar damages, or breaking of the seal on the screw that opens the back of the device. The 24 month warranty starts when the customer receives the device.

Disclaimer:
The customer acknowledges that it is recommended to consult with their physician before pursuing any demos, use, and/or purchases of any of the offered products.

I agree to hold all demonstrators, facilities and employees, where the demonstrations are held, as well as Malouf Industries, its premises, officers, agents, affiliates and employees, entirely harmless for any and all consequences that may result prior to, during and after any and all demonstrations and/or product use or misuse. Upon order placement, I accept and give my informed consent to the above and agree to use these products only for their intended use.

Service
Outside of the 24 months replacement warranty, service/repairs are carried out at cost and a loan device replacement is given without charge (except freight) for the duration of the service. Freight costs to and from Brisbane are the responsibility of the client.

Refunds
Malouf Industries has a ‘No-Refund’ policy.
